About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer / Technical Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong database development skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to take ownership of technical solutions while guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Oracle APEX.
- Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Design and manage databases, including tables, views, indexes, relationships, and stored procedures.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application and database performance.
- Follow software architecture and design principles while developing robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices for application development and deployment.
- Take ownership of technical issues and provide effective solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills

Critical Requirements:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.
- Strong experience in database design and management using SQL/PLSQL.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.

Good to Have:

- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
