Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Officer with 34 years of experience in the B2B jewelry manufacturing industry to manage the complete order execution process from production planning to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare order-wise PPC and production plans based on order quantity and dispatch deadlines.

- Present PPC plans to management and obtain approval before execution.

- Coordinate the complete production cycle: Order Preparation, Wax, Casting, Filing, Polishing, Setting, Plating, QC, Packing and Dispatch.

- Coordinate with all workshop departments and ensure timely movement of orders.

- Manage casting and material requirements as per approved orders.

- Coordinate procurement and control excess material usage and production wastage.

- Track daily planned vs. actual production and identify bottlenecks and delays.

- Take corrective action to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

- Coordinate QC at different production stages and ensure timely completion of rework.

- Maintain PPC, production, material and dispatch reports in MS Excel.





- Prepare regular production status reports for management.

Ownership & Accountability:

- Take end-to-end ownership of orders from planning to dispatch.

- Proactively resolve day-to-day production and coordination issues.

- Should not simply report that a department/person is not cooperating; should first follow up, understand the issue and work towards a solution.

- Escalate matters to management only when required, along with the problem, impact and proposed solution.

Candidate Requirements:

- 34 years of experience in B2B Jewelry / Jewelry Manufacturing.

- Practical knowledge of jewelry production and workshop processes.

- Experience in PPC, production planning and production coordination.

- Knowledge of casting, material planning and procurement preferred.

- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.

- Solid coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with KPIs, targets and delivery deadlines.
