G9 Jewellery is a growing jewellery business focused on premium Gold, Lab-Grown Diamond and Certified Jewellery , with a strong focus on B2B partnerships and expanding our presence across India.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day business operations and coordinate efficiently across different functions.

Key Responsibilities

? Business & Operations

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Track pending tasks, orders and operational requirements.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare regular operational reports and updates.

? Sales & Customer Coordination

- Support B2B and B2C sales and business development activities.
- Coordinate with, customers retailers, wholesalers and business partners.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and order coordination.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Assist the team in converting enquiries into business opportunities.

? Back Office & Documentation

- Manage business documents.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and operational databases.
- Ensure proper filing and updating of important records.
- Coordinate with accounts and other service providers whenever required.

? B2C Lead Management & Digital Sales

- Handle and manage leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely calling and follow-up with every incoming lead.
- Qualify B2C leads and understand customer requirements.




- Maintain proper lead records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order closure.
- Track lead performance, follow-ups and conversions.
- Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, phone, email and other relevant platforms .
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
- Identify recurring customer queries and provide feedback to improve campaigns and sales processes.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Proactive and takes ownership
- Excellent at coordination and follow-ups
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
- Good with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and online platforms
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good at problem-solving
- Professional and presentable
- Willing to learn the jewellery business and its processes

Salary 12000-15000 per month , depending on experience, skills and suitability.
