- We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations & Telecalling Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of a women delivery partner program. This role combines operations, telecalling, counselling, people coordination, and field execution. The candidate will be responsible for engaging women candidates, supporting their onboarding journey, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Candidate Outreach:

- Make a minimum of 60+ quality calls daily to prospective women candidates.

- Counsel and motivate women to join app-based delivery platforms.

- Explain the program, onboarding process, and available support clearly.

- Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the enrolment process.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate responses, follow-ups, and conversions.

Operations & Program Execution

- Manage the complete lifecycle of women delivery partners from enrolment to operational deployment.

- Coordinate training and onboarding with delivery platforms.

- Support candidates with learning licence processes and vehicle rental requirements.

- Provide FOD support and assist participants with operational requirements.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage women delivery fleets.

- Identify and resolve participant issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Team Coordination





- Build and coordinate trainer and telecalling teams.

- Support trainer onboarding and documentation.

- Track trainer payments and related operational requirements.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.

- Monitor team activities and provide operational support whenever required.

Field Operations & Outreach

- Conduct field visits to project locations as required.

- Interact with participants and understand their operational challenges.

- Capture candidate success stories through photographs and videos.

- Support content collection for Instagram and the organization's website.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective field-level program execution.

Education

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.

Communication & People Skills

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Good counselling and people-management abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, trainers, delivery partners, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.

- Ability to use reporting tools for operational tracking.

- Familiarity with social media platforms for community outreach.

Vehicle & Travel Requirement





- Willingness to travel within project locations.

- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.

- Valid driving licence is mandatory.

- Comfortable handling both telecalling and field-based responsibilities.

- Able to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.

- Target-oriented and proactive in completing assigned responsibilities.

- Willing to travel and work directly with program participants and field teams.
