Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build conversational AI solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure OpenAI Services.
Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party APIs.
Develop and optimize prompts, plugins, actions, and orchestration workflows for AI-driven business processes.
Create automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices across Copilot implementations.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Copilot responses and user experiences.
Stay updated on Microsoft AI, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI advancements.
