We are seeking a Factory Medical Officer - Assistant Manager (Power Distribution) to ensure the health and safety of our employees in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical support, implementing health programs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular health check-ups for factory employees.
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the workplace.
Provide first aid and medical assistance during emergencies.
Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
Collaborate with HR to manage workplace health programs and initiatives.
Conduct health awareness sessions and training for employees.




Assist in managing occupational health risks and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Medical Council of India.
Solid understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
Experience in emergency medical response and first aid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
