Role & responsibilities
Responsible to execute the roles and responsibilities of Mines Foreman as per statutory.
Should have an exposure to execute the mines shift operation/drilling & blasting/development activities.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental norms, and legal requirements.
Creative ideas implementation to achieve the desired KPI and their tracking mechanism
Supervise HEMM operations, mine development, manpower handling, deployment, and operational planning.
Implement and oversee best practices in blasting, mine development, and resource utilization.
Ensure the compliance at mines pertaining to DGMS, PESO, IBM, DMG etc.
Responsible for shift production with quantity, quality and equipment performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in highly mechanized open cast mining operations, especially in limestone or similar mineral sectors.
Solid understanding of shift production with quantity, quality and equipment performance.

Preferred candidate profile
Second class Mines Managers/Foreman Certificate (Restricted to Open Cast Mines) issued by DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) Mandatory
