About the Role

Infosys is hiring MIS Analysts to support data reporting, business tracking, and management information systems across multiple projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency
Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational performance
Create dashboards and reports using Excel and reporting tools
Support management with data-driven insights and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies
Maintain databases and ensure timely report delivery
Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)




Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work with deadlines and multiple reports

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience with data validation and automation
Exposure to ERP / MIS systems

Education Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline

(B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech preferred)
