We are looking for a dedicated Offshore Crew Recruiter to join our growing crewing team.
The role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified offshore crew across all ranks including Deck, Engine, Catering, and Specialized Technicians.
You will screen CVs, verify experience, and assess candidate suitability according to MLC, STCW, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and client standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining a robust database of active and standby candidates, coordinating interviews, reference checks, and client approvals, following up with candidates regarding documents, availability, and mobilization readiness, and collaborating with Sourcing and Documentation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
You will also track market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices.

Requirements
Experience in offshore/marine crew recruitment preferred;
Robust communication, negotiation, and networking skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent mobilization deadlines;
Positive understanding of offshore vessel requirements and client standards.
