Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollbackn
Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback pointn
Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumersn
Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find youn
Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrationsn
Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ.

3+ years of backend development experience.n
Solid hands-on experience with Golang.n
Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines.n
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.n
Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.n
Experience in designing and building microservices.n
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.n
Experience with Docker and Git.n

nGood to Have

Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.n
Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.n
Exposure to gRPC.n
