MIS Executive – DDU-GKY

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in DDU-GKY

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: As per Project Requirement

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project-related MIS and data for DDU-GKY.
Enter, update, and verify trainee, attendance, training, assessment, and placement data.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry on the relevant project portal.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect and verify data from training centres and project teams.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documents.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Support project audits, inspections,



and reviews with required MIS data.
Coordinate with Centre Managers and other departments for timely data submission.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of DDU-GKY MIS experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Knowledge of DDU-GKY portal and reporting processes.
Valuable analytical and reporting skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
