At Meolaa, we’re building the next generation of consumer brands, and HIRA Fragrances is one of the brands we’re scaling.

We’re looking for someone who can take a product from “What if we made this?” → “Let’s make it.” → “It’s on the shelf.”

This is not a traditional procurement role.

You’ll sit right at the intersection of formulation, fragrance, packaging, sourcing, compliance, costing and manufacturing—and own the journey end to end.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

→ End-to-end NPD from product brief to commercial launch

→ Ingredient & raw material sourcing INCI, COA, SDS, TDS and everything in between

→ Fragrance development with perfumers and fragrance houses, including IFRA compliance

→ Packaging development across glass, pumps, tubes, jars, closures and more

→ Regulatory compliance across Indian cosmetic regulations, BIS, US FDA and EU standards

→ BOMs, costing, negotiations and vendor management

→ Manufacturing coordination and scale-up with contract manufacturing partners

→ Building a reliable, scalable NPD & sourcing ecosystem for HIRA

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

→ 3–6 years of experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare or Fragrance





→ Hands-on experience in formulation and product development

→ Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and INCI nomenclature

→ Experience working with fragrance houses / perfumers is a big plus

→ Working knowledge of IFRA and global cosmetic regulations

→ Experience in packaging development and sourcing

→ Robust commercial and negotiation skills

→ Someone who can move from a product brief to a finished product without waiting to be told what to do
