Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan disbursements, collections, and group meetings.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
Maintain clean data logs from branch inputs and check for errors or missing records.
Build performance dashboards for regional managers using Excel or basic Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Operations Support
Verify Client KYC documents and loan applications before final approval.
Coordinate loan disbursement transfers to borrower bank accounts or group centers.
Resolve data discrepancies or software sync issues reported by field staff.
Ensure operations follow Reserve Bank of India (RBI) microfinance norms and internal compliance rules
