Dunamis School of Music is looking for a passionate and experienced Freelance Online Flute Music Instructor to conduct engaging and structured online classes for students.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and practical experience in Flute, including fundamental techniques, music theory, notation, and other age-appropriate learning materials. The instructor should be able to teach students at beginner and intermediate levels through interactive online group sessions.

Teaching Requirements
Conduct online group Flute music classes
2 sessions per week
Each session will be 1 hour
Total teaching commitment: 2 hours per week
Group size: Approximately 3–5 students
Preferred teaching days:
Monday & Thursday
Tuesday & Friday
Wednesday & Saturday
Preferred evening time slots:
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities
Conduct structured and engaging online Flute classes.
Teach students according to their age and learning level.
Guide students in basic Flute techniques, playing skills, music theory, and notation.
Help students develop proper posture, breathing,



finger technique, tone, and rhythm.
Encourage students to practice regularly and monitor their progress.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all sessions.
Create a positive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment.

Eligibility
Robust knowledge and practical experience in Flute.
Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Ability to teach children and students in an online group setting.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Access to a secure internet connection and a suitable device for conducting online classes.
Candidates with music certifications, performance experience, or formal training will be preferred.

Compensation
Revenue Sharing: 50%
Student fees start from ₹1500 per student per month.
Classes will generally have approximately 3–5 students per batch.
