Experience: Freshers Only
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Process: International Voice
CTC: 3 LPA
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility & Skills




Excellent communication skills in BOTH English & Hindi are MANDATORY.
English + Hindi proficiency is compulsory for this role.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Robust listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced international voice process.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
