Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
Assist nurses with patient care, procedures, and medication-related activities as directed.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control standards.
Help transfer and reposition patients safely to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
Observe patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation.
