Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations.
Coordinate pickup, delivery, dispatch, and shipment activities.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with delivery executives, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and shipment records.
Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments.
Coordinate with hubs, branches, transporters, and logistics partners.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Support the operations team in improving delivery efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Courier, Logistics,
Transportation, or Supply Chain operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Candidates with experience in courier/logistics operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
