Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager – GIS to lead and manage GIS, surveying, mapping, and geospatial projects from planning to final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, team management, client coordination, quality control, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end GIS and geospatial projects.
Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Lead and manage GIS, Survey, and Data Processing teams.
Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Review GIS data, maps, survey outputs, and technical reports.
Ensure data accuracy and quality standards.
Handle project documentation, MIS reports, and progress reports.
Identify project risks and resolve technical/operational issues.




Manage project resources, manpower, and field activities.
Coordinate with senior management regarding project status and requirements.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and project guidelines.

Experience: 10+ years in GIS,Geospatial projects, preferably with experience in managing large teams and multiple projects

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
