We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
Familiarity with industry-standard practices and trends in Human Capital Management.
