Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre (OT) by preparing equipment, supplies, and ensuring sterility.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance OT efficiency and patient care.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience as an Operation Theatre Technician or related field.
- Robust knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records.
