We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager who has strong expertise in onboarding brands on premium e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete onboarding journey of new brands, coordinating with marketplace teams and internal departments, and ensuring that brands are successfully onboarded and ready for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete onboarding process for current brands on premium e-commerce marketplaces.
- Understand brand requirements, business models, product categories, and marketplace objectives.
- Coordinate with brands to collect required documents, product information, GST details, bank details, brand authorization, and other onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for account registration, verification, approval, and activation.
- Ensure timely completion of seller/brand account setup and marketplace registration.
- Manage onboarding timelines and ensure all activities are completed within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including catalog, content, operations, finance, and account management.
- Ensure product catalogs, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions, and other required information are ready for marketplace launch.




- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of each brand.
- Identify onboarding delays, documentation issues, account approval problems, and other bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding onboarding status, requirements, pending documents, and next steps.
- Conduct onboarding calls and explain marketplace processes, requirements, and operational procedures to clients.
- Ensure a smooth transition of newly onboarded brands to the respective account management/operations team.
- Prepare onboarding reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and client stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process to reduce turnaround time and improve client experience.

Premium Marketplace Expertise Experience with onboarding brands on premium or selective marketplaces such as:
- Myntra
- Nykaa
- AJIO
- Tata CLiQ
- Other premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce marketplaces

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
