1. Managing end-to-end export documentation and shipment execution, including preparation of commercial documents, vessel planning, container booking, shipment coordination, and post-shipment follow-up.
2. Ensuring compliance with export regulations and trade requirements through effective coordination with DGFT, Customs , AD Banks, ECGC, export promotion councils, certification agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
3. Handling export banking and trade finance activities, including Letter of Credit scrutiny, shipping bill closure, e- BRC monitoring, EDPMS compliance, and export realization tracking.
4. Administering export incentive and licensing schemes, including RoDTEP, EPCG, IEC maintenance, and other applicable export benefits.
5. Coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, consultants, production, dispatch, logistics, finance,



and sales teams for timely and efficient execution of export orders.
6. Monitoring outstanding export receivables, payment realization, and related follow-up activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
7. Maintaining export records, statutory documentation, MIS, and reports to support compliance, audit, and business requirements.
8. Performing any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. 2 years experience in sales or despatch in an ERP workplace and /or handling despatch team.
