1. Coordinate periodic sales and dispatch plans in alignment with production and sales teams.
2. Ensure timely transport arrangement and follow up with SCM and transporters; maintain transporter performance reports.
3. Supervise finished goods inspection, ensure secure storage, and maintain housekeeping as per product specifications an d weather conditions.
4. Oversee loading operations carried out by contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety procedures.
5. Verify delivery documentation and process SAP actions with required authorization.
6. Maintain dispatch data, vehicle movement records, and coordinate with customers and transporters for delivery status
7. Support resolution of customer delivery issues and contractor payment matters.
8. Coordinate return of packaging materials and ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
