Position Details:

- Job Title: P2P / O2C Finance Operations – Team Lead / Manager
- Location: Mumbai – MBC, Airoli
- Work Mode: Work From Office

- Shift: US Shift

- Experience:
- 7-15
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred

- Cab Facility: Available
- Qualification: Any Graduate – Commerce background preferred/required as per role criteria

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Solid experience in P2P / Procure to Pay or O2C / Order to Cash
- Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Applications / Cash Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP
- Finance Operations / Shared Services experience




- Team Handling / People Management
- Stakeholder Management and process management
- Experience managing teams as per career level:
- CL10: 2–4 team members

- CL8/CL9: 10+ team members
