We are looking for an experienced

Payroll Project Manager with strong German-speaking skills to manage end-to-end payroll projects and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects.
Lead payroll transition, migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive project planning, status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Support payroll process design, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
Identify and resolve project issues and ensure timely escalation.
Manage multiple stakeholders across different locations.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality,



and budget.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Payroll / HR transformation / Payroll Project Management.
Solid experience managing end-to-end payroll projects.
Excellent German-speaking skills with good English communication.
Experience working with German payroll is preferred.
Robust knowledge of payroll processes, implementation, migration, and integrations.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred
Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or other payroll platforms.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an advantage.
