We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Order Processing & Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and telesales.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and confirm orders.
Process orders accurately and maintain records.
Coordinate packing, packaging, and dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery executives for timely delivery.
Track orders and resolve customer queries or issues.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Freshers to 6 months of experience preferred.
Valuable communication and telesales skills.
Customer handling and convincing abilities.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive time management and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
