Roles Responsibilities
Conduct regular outbound cold calls and introduce Ysquare s services
Initiate conversations, understand requirements and identify potential opportunities
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule and coordinate client meetings with appropriate internal teams
Maintain CRM for leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups

Requirements
Fluent English communication both verbal and spoken skills. US accent would be a plus.
Solid client-handling, cold-calling, follow-up, and conversational skills
Confident, outgoing, proactive and self-motivated personality
Comfortable speaking with recent people without hesitation

Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills, American accent, and confidence in cold calling are welcome
0 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, cold calling, client coordination, customer relationship management, or similar roles preferred
