Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage overall business operations and improve efficiency.
Oversee production, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.
Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and management.
Manage manpower, procurement, inventory, and contractors.
Ensure SOP, quality, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
Prepare MIS, KPI, and management reports.
Monitor action plans, follow-ups, and pending tasks.
Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
Drive cost reduction, productivity, and business growth.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience
Manufacturing: 10 years (Required)
