ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Coating Supervisor / Painting Supervisor to oversee the application of protective and industrial coatings across our project sites in West India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality-compliant coating application, timely project completion, accurate billing, and effective coordination between contractors and end-users/clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and oversee day-to-day coating/painting application activities at site
Ensure strict quality control (QC) of coating application in line with project specifications and industry standards
Monitor and ensure project completion within agreed timelines
Prepare, verify, and submit bills/invoices on time,



ensuring accurate documentation of work completed
Coordinate closely with contractors, site teams, and client/user representatives to ensure smooth execution
Identify and resolve in office issues related to coating application, surface preparation, and material handling
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and QC documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
Willingness to travel and stay at various project sites depending on business/project requirements

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
