Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls with Bengali-speaking patients.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
Explain treatment details, follow-up schedules, and service options clearly.
Coordinate between patients and the clinical team for seamless communication.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements
Fluency in Bengali and basic English or Hindi.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare coordination is preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
