- Robust experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).n
- Deep understanding of MCPs, ReAct, Tree of Thought, and AutoGPT-style reasoning.n
- Hands-on with Python, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).n
- Experience with A2A orchestration, agent memory strategies, and tool calling.n
- Proven integration experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.n
- Familiarity with SRE/observability tools such as BigPanda, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.n
- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, data governance,



and security protocols.n
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.n

nNice-to-Have Skills:

- n
- BFSI domain expertise, especially in Capital Markets, Banking, Risk, or Compliance.n
- Experience with agent simulation environments, digital twins, or multi-agent reinforcement learning.n
- Knowledge of LLMOps, agent observability, and feedback loops.n
- Familiarity with Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.n
- Certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, AI/ML Specializations, UiPath Advanced Developer.n
- Exposure to Graph-based reasoning, Knowledge Graphs, or Semantic Search.n
