*Office Work Timings 09:30 am to 6:30 pm,

*2nd Saturday and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays are holidays

*1st , 3rd, 5th Saturdays Work Timings are 08:30 am to 2:00 pm

Recruitment Process

Responsible for placing resources through various sources- Portals, research ,Qualified platform LinkedIn, References , campus Placements etc., Complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle.

Source relevant resumes from the external portals, and internal database.

Work on job requisitions, search database, post ads, short list resumes,



telephonic & face-to-face interview, followed by salary negotiation.

Screen & validate the Appropriate profiles as per the requirements without any deviations from JD,

Quality of Conversion from Submissions = Selection is very important in Recruitment

KAM : Key Account Management :

Regular Client Meetings , Interacting with clients directly- to discuss on the current Mandates and future projection of Hiring plan to help in projections , asking for more Positions as to build the Account to scale up responsible right from sharing the profiles till Candidate Joins,
