About the Role

TD Media Network Private Limited is looking for an experienced Network Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support, network devices, end-user troubleshooting, network administration, and incident management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OSI, IPV4/IPV6,IP addressing, STP, VLAN, VPN, OSPF, Static Routing, LAN/WAN networking, DHCP/DNS, BGP, NMS, Network Configuration & troubleshooting, and cloud technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 network support to customers through phone, remote session and onsite visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Switches, Routers, Firewalls and Access Points.
- Handle customer incidents and service requests within defined SLA.
- Perform configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of network devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, connectivity, VPN and wireless issues.
- Analyze logs, alerts, interface status, packet drops and network performance to identify root cause.




- Perform device installation, replacement, migration and configuration at customer locations.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex technical issues, hardware failures and RMA.
- Maintain configuration backups, network documentation, service reports and RCA.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic network health checks for customers.
- Coordinate with customer IT teams and internal presales/project teams for implementation and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely customer communication, issue resolution and ticket closure as per SLA.
