Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Executive with 1+ years of experience to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate should have good knowledge of Linux systems, computer networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support .

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain Linux-based systems and perform basic administration tasks.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and basic security configurations.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP addressing, and connectivity.
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Handle software installation, updates, backups,



and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues within the required timeframe.
- Ensure basic data security, antivirus protection, and system updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Support or System Administration .
- Good knowledge of Linux operating systems and basic Linux commands .
- Understanding of computer networking concepts , including:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- DHCP
- LAN/WAN
- Routers and Switches
- Wi-Fi and Network Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of user access management and basic IT security practices.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
