- Assist in production, maintenance, and quality operations
- Operate machinery and perform basic technical checks
- Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation
- Follow safety, quality, and operational standards
- Maintain daily reports and records
- Participate in training and skill development programs
Preferred candidate profile
- Course completed in 2025, or 2026
- No active backlogs at the time of joining
- Good academic track record preferred
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment (including shifts)
