Job Summary:

The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role leads teams, optimizes processes, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
Lead and develop operational teams for high performance.
Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Optimize supply chain, inventory, and cost management.
Enforce safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stock Keeping

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience.
Roto Gravure Printing Unit experience preferred.

Skills:
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
