Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Generate quality leads while achieving target CPL and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and audiences.
Track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
Conduct A/B testing and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Understanding of PPC, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads/Meta certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,805.70 per month
