About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Executive to drive digital growth for our vinyl records, music and niche entertainment business. The role involves managing paid campaigns, SEO and e-commerce marketing across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
Manage SEO, keyword research, website visibility and organic growth.
Drive website sales, lead generation and audience engagement.
Track ROAS, conversions and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Develop campaigns for music enthusiasts, vinyl collectors and niche audiences.




Work with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
Independently manage day-to-day digital marketing activities and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Ads and SEO.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console.
Exposure to India and international marketing is preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, music, entertainment or niche consumer categories is an advantage.
Solid analytical skills, campaign optimization ability and valuable communication.
