Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

Zynetic is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram/Meta.

The role requires strong hands-on campaign management, analytics, optimisation, and lead-generation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Drive qualified B2B leads while improving CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
Track performance through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM data.
Build dashboards and provide explicit weekly performance insights.




Work with sales and content/design teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Manage remarketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta/Instagram Ads.
Proven experience generating and scaling B2B leads.
Robust understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
Experience with GA4, GTM, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
Analytical, data-driven, and highly execution-focused.
Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to optimisation.

Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, technology, EV, mobility, or enterprise lead generation.
