We Shine Academy is looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Physical Trainer to train and guide students preparing for competitive examinations, police, defence, and other physical fitness-based selection processes.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of physical fitness, endurance training, running, strength training, and basic physical-test preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular physical training and fitness sessions for students.
Train students in running, endurance, strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Prepare students for physical efficiency and physical measurement tests.
Plan daily and weekly workout schedules according to students' fitness levels.
Conduct warm-up, stretching, conditioning, and cool-down sessions.
Monitor students' fitness progress and provide individual guidance where required.
Conduct practice tests and mock physical assessments.
Motivate students to maintain discipline, fitness, and regular attendance.




Ensure proper exercise techniques and maintain safety during training sessions.
Maintain basic records of students' performance and fitness improvement.
Coordinate with academic trainers and management regarding student progress.

Eligibility
Any Degree / Diploma / relevant Physical Education qualification preferred.
Candidates with experience in Police, Defence, Army, Sports, Physical Education, Fitness Training, or competitive-exam physical training are preferred.
Good physical fitness and stamina.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a group of students.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
