Patient Relations Executive (PRE)
We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and their attendants.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with queries, appointments, registration, and hospital services.
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and different hospital departments.
Ensure patient satisfaction and provide timely assistance.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and basic MIS reports.
Support day-to-day hospital operations as required.
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA / MBA Hospital Management / Healthcare Management
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
