Avishkar Learning Center is hiring a Pre-Primary Teacher for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and activity-based learning workplace for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons (phonics, numbers, rhymes, stories, art)
Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods
Maintain a structured and nurturing classroom environment
Monitor and record student progress
Prepare basic worksheets and teaching materials
Manage classroom routines and student behavior
Communicate regularly with parents
Participate in school events and activities

Requirements:
ECCEd / NTT / Montessori certification (required)
1–3 years of pre-primary teaching experience
Valuable communication skills (English required; Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Robust classroom management and organizational skills
Passion for working with young children

Preferred:
Experience with phonics and early literacy
Exposure to activity-based or alternative learning methods

Pay: ₹9,179.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
