Presales Executive –
Make outbound calls and cold calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Convince prospects and convert leads into sales.
Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments with interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Update customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and prospects.
Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to the manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
