We are currently expanding our support operations and have multiple openings across our International Voice teams.

nAbout the Role:
n

nWe are actively hiring versatile and experienced professionals for our International Voice processes. Depending on your background and expertise, you will be considered for one of two critical tracks: Customer Support Executive or Technical Support Representative (TSR - L1/L2).
n

nTrack 1: Customer Support Responsibilities
n

nProvide high-quality, empathetic voice support to international clients.
nResolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates.




nMaintain accurate case documentation and ensure strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.
n

nTrack 2: Technical Support (TSR) Responsibilities
n

nProvide robust L1/L2 remote technical voice support for international clients.
nDiagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot client hardware and software issues.
nResolve complex technical queries over voice communication channels.
nRequired Qualifications & Skills (Both Roles):
n

nMinimum 1+ years of proven experience in an International Voice process.
nExceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
nStrong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
nFor Technical Support: Tech troubleshooting skills, analytical abilities, and strong product adaptability.
nImportant Location Note: The primary work location for Project PSI will be Shivajinagar, Bangalore. Please note that all interviews, documentation processes, and initial induction will be conducted at our ITPL Bangalor
