Position: Nail Artist cum Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nail services including manicure, pedicure, nail art, gel polish, extensions, and nail enhancements.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable nail services.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
- Handle client consultations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Support the Salon Manager in daily salon operations and team coordination.
- Assist in managing staff, attendance, grooming, and service quality.
- Drive sales through effective client handling, upselling, and service recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of nail products and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.




- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in nail artistry/salon operations.
- Strong knowledge of nail extensions, gel polish, nail art, and nail care.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Candidates from the salon/beauty & wellness industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
