Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MV/LV/MEP professionals to supervise and execute electrical and MEP works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, workforce coordination, installation activities, material planning, inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, quality checks, and progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MV/LV electrical installation and site execution, along with exposure to MEP systems and coordination with contractors and work crews.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute MV/LV and MEP installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Supervise installation of electrical equipment, panels, cables, cable trays, lighting/illumination systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Handle/supervise cable laying, cable dressing, glanding, termination, tagging, and testing activities.
- Coordinate and supervise works related to HVAC, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Access Control, PIDS, PHE, and other MEP/ELV systems.
- Deploy and supervise electricians, technicians, helpers, and subcontractor workforces as per daily work requirements.
- Monitor daily installation activities and ensure planned productivity and project targets are achieved.
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, tackles, equipment, and manpower before commencement of activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC teams, safety teams, and other MEP disciplines.
- Assist in site inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning,



and system handover activities.
- Raise, follow up, and support closure of RFI/inspection requests, observations, and site snags.
- Carry out quantity verification and maintain records of completed works for progress monitoring.
- Ensure installation quality is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, methodologies, and applicable standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports including manpower deployment, work completed, material requirements, testing status, and site constraints.
- Identify site issues/constraints and coordinate with Engineers and concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE/safety requirements, approved work procedures, and site regulations.
- Support Engineers in achieving planned construction, testing, commissioning, and project completion targets.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in MV/LV/MEP site execution.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in electrical installation, supervision, site execution, testing/pre-commissioning, and contractor/workforce coordination.
- Candidates willing to work at Bharuch, Vapi, or Anand are preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, site-management, and problem-solving skills.
