Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for MSc Chemistry graduates, including freshers for sample preparation and candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in handling GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing samples according to established protocols, maintaining accurate records, and following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

The role involves operating, monitoring, and performing basic troubleshooting of GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS instruments under supervision,



as well as participating in method execution and routine analytical testing. The professional will collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure timely completion of analyses, adherence to safety practices, and proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. The position offers exposure to advanced analytical techniques and opportunities for skill development within a structured laboratory environment.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemistry or closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Freshers with strong academic grounding in analytical chemistry for sample preparation roles.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in operating and handling GC-MS/MS and/or LC-MS/MS instruments in a laboratory setting.
- Competence in sample preparation techniques, including extraction, dilution, and cleanup, following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of analytical method principles, calibration, validation concepts, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with laboratory quality systems, GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, or similar standards is an advantage.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and manage time effectively in a high-throughput environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional laboratory teams.
- Comfort with basic computer
