We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions, with 10+ years of Banking/BFSI domain experience mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Configure and develop Power Automate workflows and plugins.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM) modules.
- Design and implement integrations using Microsoft Azure.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.




- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide application support.
- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Follow development standards and ensure quality, security, and performance.
