Position Description: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Onpremise Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
. Design and develop components/applications on technologies with various frameworks
. Work in an agile workplace
. Provide support and help the team's junior developers to grow technically.
. Participate in agile rituals in an organization on the way to be "agile at scale",
. Interact and contribute with our developer's communities and more broadly of the IT sector within CGI
Contributing Responsibilities
. Contribute to develop Real Estate IT Strategy
Technical management experience on
o Dynamics 365 best practice implementation o Azure eco-system architecture knowledge o Technical standard definition and implementation o Technical conception and workload estimation o Coordination skills with different technical teams o Development quality guarantee o ToolChain implementation o Technical team training
Delivery perspective minimal experience on:
o Team management o Analysis and reporting skills o Load schedule and planning management o Incident management o Change management o Process implementation
Scrum Agile experience on
o Deep understanding on Scrum Agile o Training skills o Ticketing tool: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow o Adaptability
Mandatory Technical Skills
o MS Dynamics 365 Online and On-premise o Customization, Configuration for MS Dynamics 365
o Plugin Development o SSIS / SSRS Integration o Power Apps and Power Platform Development
