Role Description The part-time remote Mould Maker will create, develop, and refine moulds used in the production of beaded fashion accessories and related components.

Responsibilities include interpreting design specifications, preparing material samples, and shaping moulds to ensure accurate dimensions and consistent quality. The role involves collaborating with designers and production teams to translate artistic concepts into practical mould designs suitable for small-batch and larger-scale manufacturing.

The Mould

Maker will inspect and maintain moulds, make adjustments based on feedback, and document mould designs and changes for future reference. This position requires independent work,



adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely delivery of moulds to support ongoing orders and new product launches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in mould design, pattern making, and basic technical drawing to accurately translate accessory concepts into usable moulds.
- Candidates should possess skills in handcraft techniques, attention to detail, and quality inspection to ensure moulds support precise, high-end handcrafted accessories.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with materials such as resin, silicone, metal, or similar mould-making media, including cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration, communication, and feedback handling to work effectively with designers, artisans, and production staff.
- Candidates should possess basic digital documentation skills to record mould specifications, version changes, and production notes.
- Previous experience as a mould maker, tool maker, or in a related craft or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Ability to work part time in a remote setup, manage time independently, and meet production deadlines is required.
- Knowledge of fashion accessories, jewelry, or textile-related production processes is an advantage.
